This Privacy Policy explains what information REVx Technologies LLC (“REVx,” “we,” or “us”) collects when you use the REVx portal at revxtours.com, how we use that information, and what rights you have over it. This policy applies to all users of REVx, including licensed real estate agents and consumer Registrants.
Plain-language summary. We collect only what we need to run your account and understand how the platform is used. We never sell or share information that identifies you or your clients. We may publish and sell aggregated, anonymized reports about Wood River Valley market activity, with strict safeguards against re-identification.
When you create a REVx account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and whether you identify as a licensed real estate agent. We store a cryptographically hashed version of your password; we never see or store your password in plaintext.
While you use REVx, we log events about how you interact with the platform. These events include which pages you view, which features you use, the types of searches and filters you apply, CMAs you run, reports you export, and properties you save. Each event is associated with your account identifier and a per-session identifier. Search queries are stored only as cryptographic hashes, not plaintext.
We log standard technical information needed to operate the platform: IP address (stored as a cryptographic hash for abuse detection), user agent type (mobile or desktop), and timestamps. We do not track your activity on other websites.
REVx may publish or sell aggregated, anonymized reports about Wood River Valley real estate activity. For example, reports describing weekly or monthly patterns of listing interest, price-band activity, or sub-market attention. These reports are derived from usage event data across our user base.
Anonymization standard. No report will contain any metric derived from fewer than five underlying users, to prevent re-identification. We will never publish or sell raw event data, individual-agent performance data, or any data that identifies a specific user or client. We will never associate REVx users with specific client transactions in any report.
We share your information only in these limited cases:
We never sell personally identifiable user data. We never share raw event data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active, and for up to 12 months after account closure to comply with legal and accounting obligations. We retain usage event data for up to 24 months, after which it is either deleted or permanently anonymized. MLS listing data is cached for no more than 24 hours, in compliance with Spark Platform licensing terms.

We protect your information using industry-standard security practices: PBKDF2 password hashing, HMAC-signed session tokens, transport encryption (HTTPS) for all data in transit, and strict access controls for internal systems. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we treat the protection of your data as a core product requirement, not an afterthought.
If we ever make a material change to this policy (for example, a change that would permit us to sell non-aggregated data or to share data with a new category of third party), we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You will have the opportunity to delete your account before the change takes effect. Non-material changes (such as clarifications, typo fixes, or updated contact information) may be made without notice, but will be reflected in the “Effective” date at the top of this policy.
